Support sending sms. #22

So far it does not work. Wanted to see if I am on the right track and if any the experts here have feedback. Ill be bashing away at it more later.

Make it so we can use twig template on SMS as well. https://github.com/Logicify/mautic-advanced-templates-bundle/issues/21

@bobsburgers I have implemented this into the updated mautic 4 branch (1.2-beta). If you get a chance could you perform additional testing. I will be testing this on my end as well. Im closing this PR since its going into master.
