Description of the Change

Added the lr get site command with flags to check for all sites and active site. Also included a flag for filtering sites based on App ID.
Updated display and error messages for get and set theme commands.

Tested following commands in CLI for developer free and paid plans:

lr get site --all
lr get site --active 
lr get site --appid <appid>
