Description of the Change

Added the lr delete site --appid <appid> command. Contains functionality to prevent user from deleting the currently active site or when only 1 site is present.

Verification Process

Tried the following commands in CLI (even error cases):
lr delete site --appid

Once the site is deleted, and the user runs the command lr get config then what will happen?

The condition has been added in the deleteSite() function
