Description of the Change

Added the lr add site command. This command will allow the user to add a site(app) provided they are subscribed to the appropriate LoginRadius Developer plan (Developer/Developer Pro) that allows this feature.
Added function in api/account.go to fetch payment details.

Verification Process

Tested following commands in CLI for free and developer accounts:

- lr add site

After adding site:
- lr delete site --appid
- lr get config
- lr get site --all
