Description of the Change

Added lr add sott, lr get sott and lr delete sott (--token/--all) commands to support functionality similar to LoginRadius dashboard.
Deleted lr generate-sott command.

Verification Process

Tested following commands in LoginRadius CLI with edge cases :

- lr add sott
- lr get sott 
- lr delete sott --token
- lr delete sott --all

Release Notes

Updated SOTT related commands from a single generate sott command to separate add, get and delete sott commands.
