Description of the Change

• Updated following commands for pricing changes :

• lr add hooks
• lr add site
• lr add domain
• lr add custom-field
• lr get schema
• lr get site
• lr get hooks
• lr delete custom-field
• lr delete hooks

• Removed CheckPlan() and added functions in deployment.go for new pricing flow.
• Updated flag of set schema from fieldname to fieldName.
