As this is a new repo, it can be improved on many fronts. I am mentioning some here as per what I think.
Consistency in file extensions: files have extension csv but are they are generally line separated files (not even tsv, as both .csv and .tsv files are rendered as tables by github).
Add badges in README to make it look aesthetic, badges could be like for platform (which would be windows here), count of whitelist softwares in repo, and a badge to check on user's system which will require some work.
Add more softwares to whitelist software list.
