Include speed in GPX exports #11

Please add <gpxdata:speed> to the GPX export, so that Doppler-derived speeds are included in the data.

n.b. Issue # 19 describes how COROS can ensure GPX 1.1 compliance and the use of <gpxdata:speed>.

I've changed the label of this item from "enhancement" to "bug" because the absence of speed is a quite big issue. People are doing GPX exports which don't include "speed" and the effect is that they are posting exagerated speeds, giving them an unfair advantage.

This was implemented in the May release of the phone app.
