To ensure that session times are applied correctly in GPSResults by also implement them in the Python reporting.

Any runs falling outside of the session times (i.e. course open) will be due to a mismatch and must be investigated.

Added an warning message which is output during processing. For example:

WARNING: Runs found after course S1 closed on 20171016 - latest was 17:00:36
