Motion 619 - Saturday data not downloaded until Wednesday - 20231007 #30

A sailboard competitor did not appear in the results on Saturday. There is no evidence of their Motion being connected to the WiFi on Sat and thus there was no file downloaded.

Motion 619 first appears in the server logs on Wed, when the Sat log was actually downloaded. The results for Sat were re-run after event had finished, ensuring the runs from Sat were complete.

It could have been that the competitor handed in 2 Motions with similar labels - sailboard and wingfoil. The crew may have thought that they'd both been processed when in fact they had only processed the wingfoil device.

Closing on the basis this is a procedural issue
