Allocate Motions and tallies to pro sailors

The Motions each have a numerical ID which makes them uniquely identifiable.

The Python code that downloads log data from the Motions (via the WiFi) will use the Motion ID to determine the entrant.

Create a list of the pro entrants including the following details:

• Registration ID
• Motion ID
• Tally number

The Python code can use this list when downloading data from the Motions and when generating all of the reports.

Notes:

• GPS "username" will be of the format SSSTTFFF, where SSS=surname (3 chars), TT=tally (2 chars), FFF=forename (3 chars)
• Tracks downloaded from the Motions will be named {USERNAME}_{MOTION_ID}_YYYYMMDD_HHMMSS.oao
