Reporting - Start / end time of individual runs #64

It appears that GPS Results outputs the end time for each run, but the reports call this start time.

The code has to cope with start time for some years, and end time for other years.

I need to see how the reporting can be rectified for the years using GPS.

I have now fixed this issue and updated the 2010-2023 results accordingly.

Run times are now simply referred to as "Time" which keeps the column heading short.

The run time is the end time, as per standard operation of GPSResults.
