Two day entries and Motion re-allocation

We would benefit from a slicker process for two day entries and motion re-allocation.

Tasks:

1) Specifying days of attendance in visforms 2) Automatic conversion of that data to lines in motions.csv with the appropriate start / end dates

Things to consider:

1) What if people want to do things like wingfoiling and windfoiling on different days? Suggest we still use multiple devices but the application form needs to support it perhaps?

Issue #74 proposes a simple way of implementing this within the existing JSON configuration files

This has now been completed. Two day entries are automatically allocated a Motion from Mon to Fri.
