Create process to automatically download data from the Motions #9

When Motions are onnected to the WiFI their data should be downloaded automatically.

Simple dashboard (local HTML) should show the current activity.

The configuration of the Motions can also be checked at the same time; primarily 5 Hz setting.

Work in progress. Due to unforeseen delays and other activities we may just watch the log file, rather than having dashboards.

Done. No dashboard though, just a simple log file.
