This fixed the Status of this document section and the correct rendering of the Table of contents. We also rearranged the introduction paragraph.

D.m.v. class="introductory" kon het inleidende hoofdstuk vooraan het profiel geplaatst worden zonder sectienummers (waardoor die van het profiel gelijk blijven aan iGov) en toch zichtbaar zijn in de inhoudsopgave.
