Flutter widget is not visible in technician console. #53

We have integrated Rescue SDK in Android and able to do chat and screen sharing functionality.

When we use the remote control option in the rescue console, the screen is not visible and getting a black screen.

We have identified, it's working in the Native Android widget but not in the flutter widget.

Hi @Ritheesh36 ,

Thanks for bringing this into our attention. Unfortunately, due to technical limitations, the App screen sharing and App screen control don't support Flutter widgets, that means Flutter widgets won't be visible in rescue console. However, Device screen sharing feature has no limitation, so your screen will be visible in the rescue console regardless of the technology. Is remote control a must-have in your use-cases?

We would like to have remote control option. Let us know when you can provide this.

Hi @Ritheesh36,

We don't plan to support flutter widgets in the near future. The App screen sharing and App screen control is designed to native android applications.
