Remote Support Screen Share- Wrong Annotation Coordinates

After using remote support screen share, when agent annotates using pencil in LMI Desktop, say user tries to draw a line, it is drawing in a slightly different positions. I am attaching 2 screen capture video link.

In one of the videos, you can see that, when a user draw line in the x direction, it takes bottom tip of the annotating pencil(cursor), and when drawing in the y direction it takes top tip.

Any update on this issue? This has become a very critical issue to us now.
