Click Start->Run, type cmd and press Enter.
Type ipconfig /release at the prompt window, press Enter, it will release the current IP configuration.
Type ipconfig /renew at the prompt window, press Enter, wait for a while, the DHCP server will assign a new IP address for your computer.

For most of cable users maybe also ADSL users (in the Netherlands) this does not work. You will get the same ip from your provider. What can work is to unplug your modem for about 8 hours (lots of ISP works with DHCP lease of 8 hours)

@urangotango i dont have a ip ban problem. What i was saying that something simpel as ipconfig release /renew not always working with a lot of ISP's. You want to release and renew your ISP ip adress not your local ip adress of your computer

@supermario007 ahh ok y thats true ín some cases you can try to contact your provider and ask for an ISP IP change (in my country it works on fastweb) but im not sure if this works in all countrys.

@nikimon go to your router keep it off 1 min put it on again and try agan with 1 bot... download the last version of the bot go see Goolgle how to make an HTTPS proky... @yotumn seems 5 or 10 minutes i got this info from some ppl that got ip banned. (dont know if this is 100% trusty)

@urangotango thanks for the info, but I've been waiting for around 30 minutes now and ban is still in place. As my ISP doesn't allow an IP-change I want to make sure the IP-ban is not permanent.

@urangotango They will only change it when I can present them with notice of how / why I need it to be changed. A "ban" will not suffice. I used the proxy now but it still doesn't work so the ban is not IP-bound but account-bound. Account bans aren't permanent, right? They are all time-related bans from what I've read.

I had the same issue (ban ip) and i am with fixed ip and cannot change, I closed both bot for more than 2 hours. Now using only one bot is working with same ip as before. Ip ban seems not permanent.

Don t forget, if someone is using the same https proxy as you did, there is a chance of duplicate ip on proxy side maybe.
