Had this issue as well. Worked after 10-20 minutes again. Propably kind of a softban for your IP.

ya 2 jour on pouvait en mettre 3 maintenant que 1 et je te conseil pas dutiliser le proxy il marche pas

de rien par contre essaye ca du coup ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew
exit tu met ca dans un fichier txt que tu renome en .bat ca tevitera de redemarrer la box

i have test 3 proxi , and with this 3 i have error we cant find pokestop

the proxy is dead, everyone will use the same

but with my VPN its work fine

if you need a vpn free premium https://www.okayfreedom.com/en/ dl and install https://www.okayfreedom.com/specials/pcformat0816/of give one adress email and go seek the code premium and insert in vpn and profit^^ only for protect you ip if you got ban life you cant open more bots with this

i think the proxy is only for protect us but not for have more bots
