Viewer - vertical buttons #2

Add vertical line of buttons to the left of the screen

Put the heart scene at the right of the vertical line.

NB: i've got 2 errors on Chrome 53 under Ubuntu:

testThreeJS.html:185 XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///home/mathildemerle/Dev/viewer/meshes/mapping.xml. Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https, chrome-extension-resource.init @ testThreeJS.html:185

three.js:18446 XMLHttpRequest cannot load file:///home/mathildemerle/Dev/viewer/meshes/14.%20coronarySinusMesh.vtk. Cross origin requests are only supported for protocol schemes: http, data, chrome, chrome-extension, https, chrome-extension-resource.

and the heart is not displayed. On Firefox 48 for Ubuntu, no problem.

Sorry, i worked locally, and we won't be in that case
