[Waterfox] Only default Outlook account can be opened #32

I don't know if Waterfox is supported or not, but I just switched from Firefox 52 ESR to the latest Waterfox and there is a bug. No matter which one of my Outlook accounts I click on, it's always the default one that opens. I can't access the others.

I didn't plan to support Waterfox, but I may take a look when I have time and fix it if it's easy. The problem sounds like cookies are not set correctly.

I cannot reproduce this problem with Waterfox 56.2.4 if I disable multi-process (browser.tabs.remote.autostart = false). This was also required for Firefox.

There was a "browser.tabs.remote.autostart.2" that was present and also needed to be disabled. Now it works but Waterfox freezes for a few seconds while the inbox is loading.

Forcing the links to open in a non-e10 window would solve all those issues, no?
