[FIX] lcc_cyclos_base: add cyclos OAuth support

There are 2 problems before accepting this in production environment:

• It requires auth_oauth (maybe not necessary ?), and if this is installed, it installs another default provider to odoo.com... It is required to uninstall it.
• it overrides without any consideration for super a method in res.user (only used when oauth is attempted), effectively breaking oauth for other providers.

Thoughts:

Gallicea seems to have more mature implementation around OAuth. The state of odoo's OAuth module seems far from being mature.

This is more a POC, and needs to be thought through in what will be needed for LCC's.
