Support for tintin 2.01.* #7

Check what changes are required for 2.01.0/1 compatibility.

I will continue to favour $var[index][index2] format over $var.index.index2 notation.

Basic tests seem to indicate that changes https://github.com/LokiChaos/Materiamagica-on-tintin/commit/fb051540c2f7030f2b1fb8a429812575914f2669 are sufficient for 2.01.1 compatibility.

Going to close this unless an issue crops up.
