Replace initph.sh with a makefile for installing just phome.
$phome init <device> initializes ~/.phome for the user
#phome init drive <path> creates the portable home drive directory structure
$phome init overlay <path> creates a new overlay on a currently mounted phome, will prompt if it should use the local ~/ as the base for the new overlay, empty, or user specified source path
