tekability sometimes not updating correctly

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I would expect tekability to display the correct durability percentage on
the broker, and on the character screen as well, no matter when or how I
repair.

Using the latest version from wowi.

European English locale

tekability does not seem to update its display correctly. It might show
100% on the broker and lower percentages on the character screen and the
tooltip on the broker.

Problem stays through logons. Just logged in: No display on character
screen at all (they usually come back after a while, not found out when
exactly, tho), 100% on the broker and lower percentages (77%-97%) on the
tooltip. I checked the gear by hand, and the tooltip is correct.

I am using oGlow and Automaton (for auto-repair).
