Cork module submission: Paladin Crusader Aura

I noticed that Cork doesn't have a reminder for Paladins to cast Crusader
Aura when mounted, so I decided to try writing a simple module myself to do it.

What it does:

- if you're mounted without Crusader Aura, it will show a reminder to cast
it and allow Cork to do so via the preferred method.

It seems to work fine, with a few caveats:

- I haven't tested it on flying mounts because my Pally is in Northrend but
is still level 60.

- The auras module shows a reminder to change back to the preferred
non-Crusader aura when Crusader Aura is active. This is not a problem
really, but it would probably be better for the aura module to either
suppress its reminder while mounted and while the Crusader Aura module is
active, or else incorporate the Crusader Aura module's functionality
directly as a sub-feature.
