Missing scrollbars ?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install Panda
2. use it
3. open milling, or glyphs tabs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
all normal, but I can see only one panel to the right, no possibility to scroll 
it. But I *know* from 
the code that there's more down there...

What version of the addon are you using?  Where did you download from?

Latest, 3.0.3.13-Beta. Date 20 dec. 2008.

Didn't see comment and forgot I had already posted. 730 is duplicate then.

Good to know that mousewheel would work. IF I had a mouse with a wheel !

I use a trackball, and there's no wheel at all. A "normal" scrollbar would be 
very appreciated. Either a way to 
enlarge the panel and/or to shrink the icons.
