Rollover tip error, and suggestion.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
-When ever I roll over an icon.  No matter the Skill, JC, DE or Milling. 
It feels like I'm missing a lib or something but its old WOW stuff as well.   

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
-The error doesn't even show up in my baud error, only in my chat box
(hence the picture instead of just a cut and paste.  

What version of the addon are you using?  Where did you download from?
-3.0.3.13  Downloaded from WOWInterface.com

I also had a suggestion, with Duel specs coming I'm planning on haveing a
couple more things in my back then I'm used to.  Is there a way to add a
protect filter vs a soul bound feature?  This way I can DE quicker after
raids and such without accidentally Resto Armor when I'm using my Elemental
Armor.
