[buffet/feature request] allow to extend the food list #744

Hi,

i have not found the proper template for a feature request. I thought it
might be nice, if people could extend their food / water list themselves,
maybe add food that is not in the list, alter priorities to their liking.

E.g. as written in ticket #715 the Bonescale food (basic food /mana) is
missing in the list. I would add it below any other comparable pure health
/ mana food in priority. So once i have used up all normal health food - or
all normal mana food, the double food does show up.

Food lists have been updated.  Allowing for user editing or priority changes 
would 
require a heavy rewrite of buffet's logic, which I'm not interested in doing.
