TourGuide feature request - option to resize/disable non-recommended quest notice #747

Currently, when accepting a quest that is not in the guide, the "This quest
is not listed in your current guide" notice pops up, covering some of the
quest information (the title mostly).  In order to hide this, I have to
disable TourGuide and reload my interface.  If I could make that notice
less intrusive, or go away completely, without requiring an interface
reload, that would be quite handy (especially if I don't want ot disable
TourGuide completely).

It happens with Skinner.  The location in the default UI that your warning 
appears is
mostly wasted space that Skinner eliminates in order to save screen real 
estate.  
Skinner is relatively common, and all I'm requesting is a toggle.  I 
understand, your
tools are for you and you do not owe me anything, and an excess of options is
anathema.  But it was important enough that I felt it was worth asking.
