Bigger blips #754

What steps will reproduce the problem?
None, it's a feature request.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to have the blips bigger than the default, if that's possible. By
bigger I mean ALOT bigger :)

What version of WoW are you using?
Patch: Lastest

Please provide any additional information below.
I am a multiboxer and it can sometimes be tough to see the small dots,
on the minimaps on a scaled window! Would it be possible to overscale the
blips? What would it require from my side, if you don't have any intentions
of doing such (since it's a weird request)?

I have no plans for new blips, but I do take patch submissions.
