Kennel & druid flight form #758

This is probably similar to
http://code.google.com/p/tekkub-wow/issues/detail?id=594. I am wondering,
if it wouldn't be better if kennel did not try to spawn any minipets at all
while in flightform. My issue is not that they are falling to their deaths,
but rather the fact that it makes farming herbs kinda hard. You find some
herbs, gather them while still in flight form, the loot window pops up.
Then, if you are not a really quick clicker, the loot window disappears
while kennel summons a pet.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Be a druid. Do some mining or herb gathering in flight form.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd rather have it that kennel does not summon any pets while in druid
flight form.

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?
WoWI lists it as 3.0.3.7-Beta.

What version of WoW are you using?
Patch: 3.0.8
Locale: European English
