Multiple profiles per character #769

Add the possibility the manage multiple profiles per character. A profile is 
defined as a set of add-
on to load.

Use AddonLoader and addons that support it.

AddonLoader won't answer this feature. 

If I want :
* a configuration that loads all my regular addons and another configuration 
that only loads Ampere (great to 
use if I have a bug), today I need to uncheck each addon one by one. 
* a raid configuration that only loads the core of  my addons (no auctioneer 
etc.). 
* a configuration that I'll use for questing and dailies.
* a configuration for my multiboxing.

Implementing profiles for Ampere would help me to manage as many configuration 
as I want/need at the cost  
of 2 clicks (profile selection then reloadui)
