Cork: Enhancement Request: Apply seals for 3.0.9 #787

In 3.0.9, Paladin Seals will last for 30 minutes, moving them into the
realm of long-term self-buffs, similar to how Righteous Fury works currently.

It would be delightful if Cork was able to apply Seals in the same way it
currently applies Righteous Fury.  I realize this is a non-trivial request,
as it would require a method of selecting the desired Seal (similar to how
Cork currently handles Auras and Tracking.)

In case it's not already planned, it'd also be nice if it'd now notify you out 
of
combat, as Cork does with other long duration buffs.
