Kennel: on/off (broker)

Feature Request:

The ability to toggle kennel on/off through a broker (or macro). Turning on
should also summon a pet and turning off should unsummon the pet. This
would allow us to remove the pet if we want to stealth etc. and also summon
a pet manually if, for some reason, kennel didn't do it in the first place.

Yes, I can turn kennel on and off from within the config. That is not quite the 
same
as being able to do it from a broker display or a macro command :-) Also, 
turning off
kennel in the config does not unsummon your current mini-pet. You may not want 
to
implement what I'm requesting, but the request is not a duplicate for 
functionality
currently in the addon (as far as I can tell :-).
