Blizzard default actionbar "range" dots become "?" outside of button #801

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Install tekticles with no other mods. Target something.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Range dot in upper-right corner of button will be red or white, 
depending on proximity to target.
Instead: No range dot inside button, but a "?" on the upper-right outside 
of button. It does turn red or white, though...

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?
tekticles 3.0.9.9-Release

What version of WoW are you using?
Patch: 3.0.9
Locale: en-US

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the character for the range dot (a "bullet", I believe) is missing 
from the font package.
