Requesting support for Mage-Arcane talent Focus Magic, which can be casted
only on other persons after you have learned it from the Arcane-talenttree:

Same kind of tracking like Shaman Earthshield has will work perfectly.
This buff lasts for 30min.

See I knew there was a reason I abstracted that last buffed thing.  This will 
be in 
the next build, I have no way to test it.
