What steps will reproduce the problem?
Trying to get Brother Anton quest while following Hillsbrad Foothills (31-
32) guide.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Brother Anton quest requires lvl 34. Scope of guide is lvl 31-32. Is this 
expected?

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?
Tour Guide 3.0.9.47 downloaded from wow-pro

What version of WoW are you using?
Patch:
Locale:
