Button to turn raid mode on/off for PvP, or to not display out of range people #821

The mod works great for PvE situations, where you are almost always close 
to your party members, but is annoying in situations such as in Alterac 
Valley, if you are on offense and someone in the raid is on defense, you 
still get their list of needed buffs...and everyone else in the 40-man PvP 
raid; this makes you start to ignore the mod, which becomes habit, even 
out of PvP. I would still like it functional for at least myself, but do 
not need to see out of range people.

I'm changing the way raid mode is handled to make the tooltip shorter.  I won't 
add 
range because this would require constant scanning.

That makes excellent sense on range.  By changing raid mode, does that include 
an 
option to turn it off?
