Make Panda use Auctionator #832

Hi, ich just wanted to ask, if there is a possibility to make Panda use
Actionator instead of Auctioneer.

Auctioneer ist just too loaded with things i dont need. Auctionator is slim
and fast. Just a great Addon.

I have no plans to add more data sources, in fact I'm considering removing 
Auctioneer support.  
If Auctionator implements the GetAuctionBuyout() global API, Panda will 
majickly start using 
it's prices.

GetAuctionBuyout is the same as GetSellValue, except that the addon would 
return the buyout 
price it would use when posting the item instead of the price a vendor will pay.
