Mass Milling gets stuck on low-level plants with less than 5 items.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Click the mass-milling button when you have a stack of less than 5 plants,
and another stack of more than 5 of a plant that appears later in the list.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Panda would ignore the small stack and instead mill the larger stack.

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?
Panda version 3.0.9.20, from WoWInterface.

What version of WoW are you using?
Patch: 3.0.9
Locale: enGB/enUS

Please provide any additional information below.
Although I'm specifically mentioning lower level plants, it also occurs if
I have 2 stacks of the same plant where the first stack is less than 5
plants and the other stack is larger.
