Quest Objective frame does not load #859

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

No quest objective frame.  When I add it to my Titan Panel, it just says
Bah! and when I click on it, it's blank.

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?

using Tourguide downloaded from Cursegaming.  It was listed as being
v3.1.0.050beta.  Also tried using the one from wowinterface, same version.
 However, when it loads and I check the about button, it says it is 3.09.48.  

I've tried deleting my TourGuide completely and redownloading but no luck.
 On each page that I download from, it says that it is v 3.1.0.50 beta.

What version of WoW are you using?
Patch: 3.1
Locale: US 

Please provide any additional information below.

When I load WoW, I get an error saying:

Message: ..\AddOns\TourGuide\Broker.lua line 70:
   attempt to call global 'QuestWatch_Update' (a nil value)

Message: ..\AddOns\TourGuide\Parser.lua line 81:
   attempt to perform arithmetic on field 'current' (a nil value)

If it says 3.09.48 in-game, then that's what's loading.  You must not be 
installing it 
correctly.
