What steps will reproduce the problem?

Click on the TourGuideItemFrame

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Item should be used/activated.  Item is not used/activated.  It does work
on occasion, but I haven't be able to detect any sort of pattern.

What addon and what version are you using?  Where did you download from?
