Nothing to disenchant on ruRU locale #870

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ruRU locale is enabled
2. go to Disenchant tab while having some green items in inventory
3. getting "Nothing to disenchant"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Able to see list of items to disenchant

What version of the addon are you using?  Where did you download from?
curse, version Panda 4.2.0.38-Beta

What version of WoW are you using?
Patch: 4.2.14545
Locale: ruRU
