Large weird empty spaces in the entire DG/UG, looks quite messy #13

I think it should be formatted properly as there were large gaps in between paragraph and if a user does not have scroll down to read next page, they would be abit confused to why the diagram is so far apart.

We are unable to reproduce the large gaps as shown in the screenshot. Attached is a screenshot of how our document looks under Google Chrome's pdf viewer. Screenshot 2022-11-13 230745.jpg

Reason for disagreement: As shown from this video, (Sorry the resol is so bad because video of <5Mb is allowed)

I'm not sure which OS the developer team is using but it shows me this which is quite bad in my opinion as there are alot of misformated title, pictures, spacings. The following is tested with Chrome and in adobe reader. The following file was provided to me during exam. In addition to that for UG, there are spacing issues too for example, as shown below.
