let's add drugs #1

10x red mushroom + 1 bucket of ethanol (in chemical reactor using 15 EU/T) = 1 bucket of muscimol solution (drug effects are slowness, nausea and low level healing)

1 bucket of a drug solution can be made into 4 potions via canning machine or someshit (use vanilla potion item with the proper NBT data instead of making a custom item)

5x cocoa beans + 1 bucket of water (in chemical reactor using 15 EU/T) = 1 bucket of theobromine solution (drug effect is equivalent to lowest strength speed potion you can make)

5x wither skulls + 1 bucket of ethanol (in chemical reactor using 64 EU/T) = 1 bucket of mycotoxin liquid (can be made into 4 splash wither pots)
