These reg files do nothing on latest version of windows 11 #1

Not sure what I am doing wrong - i disabled all the sound devices, imported the Dolby digital and DTS reg file (not all reg files) Re-enabled just the SPDIF sound device i wanted, nothing new showed up on that device.

I'm getting an error. Cannot import. Error accessing the registry. Thanks btw
