Media Theme placement bug if shape is hidden by default #36

If a shape is hidden in a less specific Place declaration then when it's set to be displayed in a more specific one it still won't be displayed. See this change: https://github.com/Lombiq/Show-Orchard-Theme/commit/c8a4fe82af1e719c8adcce7927a8406ba36e304d Before Fields_Link-Website was hidden, after the change it's displayed.
