Applying logic for the SuperAdmin dashboard panel for covering that will serve as a template for admin and user panels.

Already applied the logic to this issue earlier, but will have to recommit due to poor connection. Already have built the logic for the office details page of this panel. Will be coding the succeeding pages of this project.

As per discussion earlier with Tech Lead Jeffrey Morate, It is best to set aside the three user account type in the system, and to shift over to only two user account type which minimizes production time of the project. Will be working on this after I have finished the login system fixes.
