[1.5.0-r3 (51)] Samsung Galaxy Note 4 / 6.0.1 - Lomotif project is created of 29 secs instead of 30 secs. #489

Frequency: Every time

Action: 1: Launch the app. 2: Tap on "START" and select 1 image. 3: Skip the music and proceed to "Create" screen. 4: Change the time duration to "30 secs". 5: Change the view to 16:9 and export the lomotif. 7: Navigate to "Photos" app and play the recently exported video. 8: Check if lomotif project is created of 30 secs.

Expected result: Lomotif project should be create as per the time duration set.

Actual result: Lomotif project is created of 29 secs instead of 30 secs.

Note: Similar issue is observed when user creates lomotif with 3 videos (Each video is longer than 15 secs).
